This thriving region sees blockchain as a way to provide more accessible services to its population, bank the unbanked, and ensure transparency across the public sector. However, lack of understanding and education slows down the mass adoption.
To support education on innovative blockchain use cases and establish a presence in Latin America, IoTeX is happy to announce a new collaboration with Zaigar — a platform that connects blockchain and cryptocurrency enthusiasts in Latin America to fuel a booming market worldwide.
Collaboration Details
The goal of our collaboration is to popularize blockchain + IoT in the Latin American market, where Zaigar has a solid presence. Zaigar users are able to perform various community tasks, spread the word about IoTeX, engage other users, and help to the grow the market. In return, they earn rewards for being active and learn about blockchain + IoT.
Next Steps
A few weeks ago, IoTeX and Zaigar launched a campaign for the Portuguese community and just within a couple of days, we reached the goal for the number of participants! We are looking forward to hosting more campaigns for the Latin American community.
